ایڈیلیڈ ( قدرت نیوز)ویسٹ انڈیز کے لیجنڈ بلے باز برائن لارا نے آئی سی سی کی جانب سے وہاب ریاض پر جرمانے کو مضحکہ خیز قرار دیتے ہوئے ان پر لگا جرمانہ ادا کرنے کی خواہش کا اظہار کیا ہے۔ اپنے ایک انٹر ویو میں برائن لارا کا کہنا تھا کہ وہاب ریاض شین واٹسن کے خلاف ایک منفرد بولر نظر آئے جب کہ شین واٹسن ان کے سامنے اسکول کے کھلاڑی کی طرح نظر آئے۔ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ میچ کے دوران کھلاڑیوں کے درمیان نوک جھونک کرکٹ کا حسن ہے لیکن آئی سی سی کی جانب سے وہاب ریاض پر لگایا جانے والا جرمانہ مضحکہ خیز ہے، آئی سی سی کی جانب سے وہاب ریاض پر لگا جرمانہ ادا کرنا چاہتا ہوں۔ واضح رہے کہ آئی سی سی ورلڈ کپ کے تیسرے کوارٹر فائنل میں وہاب ریاض نے اپنے طوفانی اسپیل سے آسٹریلوی بلے باز شین واٹسن کو پریشان کئے رکھا جس کا انہوں نے خود بھی اعتراف کیا
